We are remaining true to our mission of creating products that simplify and improve our customers’ mobile working (whether roaming or point-to-point). At the same time, we feel an obligation to do so in a way that does not deplete the Earth’s natural resources. This obligation acknowledges our responsibility for the entire value chain, which extends across all our sites, and throughout the life cycle of our products.

PCF Tool: Transparency creates trust
Sortimo is one of the first suppliers in the van racking sector to use a certified method for calculating the product carbon footprint (PCF). Our methodology has been tested and confirmed by TÃœV NORD CERT GmbH in accordance with ISO 14067:2019. It therefore fulfils the highest international standards.
With the PCF tool, we visualise the carbon footprint of our products along the entire value chain – from raw material extraction to production and use in the vehicle. This not only creates clarity, but also a reliable basis for sustainable procurement decisions.
For companies that pursue their own climate targets or are bound by reporting obligations, Sortimo thus offers real added value: reliable data instead of estimated values – traceable, comparable and certified.
In this way, together we contribute to implementing sustainability in practice in a concrete and measurable way.
